Teen Summer Ensemble: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

July 9-28



Follow the adventures of Charlie Bucket and his Grandpa Joe as they join a small group of contest winners who get to tour the magical and mysterious factory of eccentric candy maker Willy Wonka.


This 3-week performance class has it all! Led by Conservatory Director Stephanie Temple, students will explore the characters of this beloved story. You’ll learn acting skills through group games, character study, and audition techniques--all in a real theatre. The class culminates in a fully-produced play (with costumes and sets) with 6 public performances. Only 30 students max allowed in this performance class, so sign up today! "Charlie & the Chocolate Factory" is written and directed by Stephanie Temple and based on the original book by Roald Dahl.


For Grades 6-9 (Current 17-18 School Year)


Dates: July 9-28 (3 weeks). Six performances, July 26-28, 11am & 1pm.


Day/Time: Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm


Price: $895 for 3-wk camp (includes camp t-shirt)
