ABOUT ONLINE CLASSES
For the Spring 2021 session, all classes will meet in a virtual studio over Zoom.
Students need internet access and a computer with a camera/microphone.
Class links and Zoom tips will be emailed to students one week before classes begin.
NCTC accepts Visa/Mastercard, personal checks and cash. *Note: Due to the Covid shutdown, we are unable to accept cash until our building is open again for business.
Payment plans can be set up using a credit card (for a 5% fee.) An initial deposit of 25% secures your enrollment with a two-month window of payment.
Checks should be made payable to "NCTC". Please write the name of the student on the check.

NCTC offers a 5% multi-class discount when you register for two or more classes at one time.
Families who register two or more siblings will receive a 5% discount on classes.
Discounts cannot be combined.
Registration fees cannot be discounted.
NCTC subscribers enjoy a 10% discount on Adult and/or youth Conservatory classes. Contact us for coupon code at Conservatory@nctcsf.org
NCTC is proud to offer discounted rates or full scholarships to those who qualify.

Registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferrable.
NCTC reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. Any tuition and fees will be refunded in full.
All dates, times, and programming subject to change.
If you cancel registration 10 days or more prior to the first day of class, you will be issued a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
If you cancel your registration within 10 days of the first class, there will be no refunds unless your spot can be filled by a student on the waiting list.
No refunds will be issued after the first day of class.
CODE OF CONDUCT
In order to provide students, staff and guests with a safe and supportive environment, we do not tolerate any form of physical or verbal abuse (in person, online or otherwise,) nor any form of harassment, vandalism, or the use of illegal substances. No refunds will be issued to students who are removed from the program due to violations of the Code of Conduct.
