Rise up through song! Make your voice heard in this interactive song workshop singer/songwriter Rachel Garlin and theatre artist Alicia Piemme Nelson. With teens leading the way, we’ll explore how their responses to our world can be amplified through spoken word and song. New social justice topics will be examined each week and songs will be created on the spot. Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind opportunity to engage in activism through music. No singing or musical experience required.
