JOHN HURST (Mr. Ducie/Mr. Lasker Jones/Dr. Barry) is a proud student of the Meisner Institute training program. He looks forward to sharing his talents in this wonderful production. A local Bay Area actor, he has performed the role of the Fool in King Lear, Dr. Bradford in Blythe Spirit and Max in Dial M for Murder. He has also recently written a book of poems via Amazon.com entitled Fissures in the American soul. |
HILARY HYATT (Ada Hall/Anne Woods) is honored to be making her NCTC debut. She is a graduate from UC Berkeley where she holds her BA in English Literature and a minor in Theatre and Performance Studies. She thanks all of her acting instructors who have imparted their wisdom upon her and her family for their endless love and support. |
ALEX KIRSCHNER (Clive Durham) is thrilled to be returning to the NCTC stage for the third time with this exquisite production and team. Past theatre credits include: In Gabriel’s Kitchen and Wilde Boys (NCTC); Big River (CCCT); I Love You... (Altarena Playhouse and Ray of Light Theatre); The Way of the World (Pear Avenue Theatre); Insignificant Others (Pier 39); and Turn of the Screw (foolsFURY). Love to his family, friends and, of course, his P.I.C. for all their support. |
LINDSEY MURRAY (Mrs. Hall) is delighted to be returning to NCTC having appeared in last season’s The Busy World is Hushed. Some favorite roles in the Bay Area: The Player (Rosencrantz and Guildernstern are Dead), Mrs. Hitchcock (Serjeant Musgrave’s Dance), Gertrude (Hamlet), Medea (Medea), Sally (Follies), Mrs. Johnstone (Blood Brothers), Eva (Absurd Person Singular), Anita (Quartermaine’s Terms), Bunny/Diana (California Suite) and Anna (The King and I). Lindsey trained in London and is a member of British Actors Equity. |
ANDREW NOLAN (Risley/Scudder) is an actor, playwright and director as well as a graduate of the Solano College Actor Training Program. Most recently he directed Parts 2 and 3 of King Henry VI for Do It Live! Productions. Favorite credits include Landolph in Luigi Pirandello’s Henry VI, Versati in The Underpants and Bernie in Sexual Perversity in Chicago. Andrew holds his BA in Drama from San Francisco State University. |
SOREN SANTOS (Maurice Hall) is a Bay Area native and recent graduate of the Claire Trevor School of the Arts (Honors in Acting), Soren is thrilled to be back home and working with NCTC on Maurice. He’s excited to be breaking onto the scene after having worked previously with Ragged Wing Ensemble in Inanna’s Descent. He’d like to dedicate this performance to his mother, Tina, and to his friends and family. Special thanks go out to Marlene and Phill. |
