How much are tickets?

Ticket prices vary. Generally Tickets cost between $18 and $40, depending on the time and day of the show. Weekends are usually more expensive. All seats are general admission. Group discounts available for parties of fifteen or more. Contact NCTC's Box Office for more information at (415) 861-8972.  Opening Night performances include a gala champagne/light buffet reception with the cast.

What time should I arrive at the Theatre?

The Box Office for NCTC productions opens an hour before curtain. Arriving 30 minutes before curtain is your best bet. While you wait you can look at art on the walls of the NCTC Art Gallery, read the actors' biographies, sign our mailing list and purchase NCTC subscriptions, merchandise and concessions.  

What if I am late? Performances do begin promptly so please plan accordingly to arrive early as there is no late seating.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final, NO REFUNDS.
If you are a subscriber, and the tickets were purchased as part of a subscription package, they may be exchanged. Otherwise, if at the last minute you are unable to use your tickets, you may turn them in as a contribution to The New Conservatory Theatre Center. The value of the donated tickets is tax-deductible and acknowledged by mail. Tickets for past performances cannot be considered a donation.

Discounted Tickets

A limited number of 1/2 price tickets may be purchased on the day of the performances at the Theatre Bay Area TIX Booth located in downtown San Francisco in Union Square.

Do you offer student and group ticket discounts?

Student Rush tickets are available for all performances, pending availability. Show up one half hour before showtime, check in with the Box Office and if there are seats available 10 minutes prior to showtime - you get them for half price!  You must show your student ID to receive this discount.

Groups of 15 or more receive a $5 discount on each ticket.
