The Facility

The New Conservatory Theatre Center is fully wheelchair accessible.

The theatre is happy to accommodate patrons with physical disabilities; however, it is recommended those patrons make their ticket reservations in advance during regular box office hours so that we can have your special needs on file.

Patrons, who arrive in wheelchairs after seating has begun (30-minutes prior to showtime), may not be accommodated in our smaller theatres. Please call ahead so we can reserve a space for you, or try to arrive 45-minutes prior to showtime and ask for the House Manager.

Captioned Performances for the Hearing Impaired

Due to lack of interest and participation, NCTC regrettably has been forced to discontinue the Captioned Performance Program at this time.  NCTC does not use assisted listening devices.

Hearing impaired patrons, with prior arrangements through the box office, may have seats reserved for them in the front row.

For additional information, contact our House Manager at kiernon@nctcsf.org 861-4914, ext. 116 or the Box Office Manager at
boxoffice@nctcsf.org.
