The New Conservatory Theatre Center will be holding auditions for their upcoming production of As Bees in Honey Drown by Douglas Carter Bean and directed by Andrew Nance.
About the Show: Evan Wyler is a gay twenty-something New York writer savoring the success of his debut novel. Defined by the media as the "hot, young, thing-of-the-moment," Evan captures the attention of Alexa Vere de Vere, a black-clad woman of mystery who's made the world of celebrity her home. In fact, it's her religion.

BOX OFFICE MANAGER
The New Conservatory Theatre Center is seeking applicants for the position of Box Office Manager. The Box Office Manager is responsible for supervising, implementing and maintaining all box office procedures and related customer service activities. The Box Office Manager plays a key role as a liaison to the community. This person must be proactive in promoting excellent patron relations. Must be a self-starter, a good communicator, and both a capable supervisor and a good team player.
Duties include:
-Representing NCTC to the public in a helpful, courteous, professional and customer-oriented manner;
-Conducting telephone and counter sales for subscriptions, single tickets and group sales;
-Processing all types of ticket orders (phone, mail, internet, email, in-person)
-Providing daily and weekly reports;
-Training and supervision of P/T box office staff;
-Working cooperatively with the house manger and stage managers to facilitate prompt seating and the on-time starts of performances;
- This position reports directly to the Managing Director.
Qualifications: Box Office experience required.
Must be personable and highly organized with strong attention to detail. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong-computer based skills with a working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and ticketing databases (Wintix experience preferred). B.A. degree and Arts Management experience preferred. This is a Full-time position with benefits. Must be available afternoons, nights and weekends.

is looking for interested volunteers to help with audience development, ushering,
educational programs, administrative and technical departments.
All volunteers are supervised by a staff member and training for your job will
be provided. Hours are flexible but your reliability is crucial. There are some
intern training positions available for High School and College students. For
